The Courage Box / A place to begin

Big feelings.
Small steps.
Real courage.

You don’t have to feel fearless to move forward. The Courage Box is a space to pause, find your words, and choose one small next step.

No perfect words needed. Start where you are.

Open up a little possibility

Courage doesn’t need
to be a grand gesture.

Sometimes it’s naming what matters. Sometimes it’s asking for help. Here are three simple prompts to turn a little reflection into a little movement.

01 / Make a little room

What’s asking for your courage today?
A conversation you’ve put off. A beginning you keep imagining. A boundary you want to hold. Give it a name, just for yourself.

Try this sentence

“I’d like to be brave enough to…”

Take a quiet minute. Write it on paper, say it aloud, or simply hold the thought.

02 / Make it smaller

Find the first five minutes.

You don’t need the whole plan. Draft the first sentence, look up the information, or ask someone to listen. Choose something small enough to do today.

03 / Give yourself credit

Notice what you made possible.

Progress can be quiet. After your small step, pause and ask: what did I try, what did I learn, and what would help me next?

Take this with you

You can be unsure.
And still begin.

One honest thought. One manageable step. Let that be enough for today.
